Our website sells medicines at low prices and offers free shipping to 90 percent of all countries in the world. Customers please read the refund policy carefully before ordering.

Refund Policy 2013-2022

The policies below are for the following countries: USA (Except California) UK Singapore South Korea Hong Kong  France Russia Croatia Malaysia Philippines Indonesia Taiwan.

  • We will refund the customer when the package is lost or items do not match the details that the customer ordered.
  • We will refund if the customer does not receive the item within 48 days from the date the item was sent out from the airport.
  • For the state of California, in the year 2019, the customs of California, ISC Los Angeles have changed to stricter policies for importing items. In the event that the customer’s item is detained (the probability is 15%), customers will have to provide a new shipping address again to another state, such as New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, Ohio, Texas etc. We will resend your items to other states in the USA at no additional charge. We will refund the customer if the second delivery still fails.

We will not provide a refund  if customers reject the package or do not claim your package at the post office or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties or items are seized or detained by custom due to law or order quantities that exceeds personal use.  

Customs officials in each of the above countries have different policies and sometimes it depends on their consideration. Our website does not have authority over customs, so it is the duty of customer to contact the customs to receive your item or pay taxes and fees for importing goods with customs.

Refund Policy When Customer Address is invalid

If the customer provides incorrect address details and the postal center can not deliver the package. We will not refund money. If the customer wants us to re-ship the item, customers are responsible for paying actual shipping costs again.

For customers using shipping companies such as UPS FedEX DHL, the customer is required to coordinate with these shipping companies for customs procedures. Our policy is to ship via national post only.

Customs in each country changes policy every year. Our website will update this information every 6 months. By ordering with, you agree and acknowledge these terms and conditions.
